All registrations are confirmed in writing.

A questionnaire is sent to you before the programme starts to determine your objectives. This helps you to prepare for the programme and gives the programme leader a clear idea of your expectations.

Programme dates, times, content, facilitator and fees are occasionally subject to change. Should the need for such changes occur, we will make every effort to inform you prior to the programme starting time.
