360° Feedback -Transformation Leadership
The 360° Multifactor Leadership Questionnaire (MLQ) and Profile have evolved since 1980 to assess the components of the full range of leadership. The assessment is based on numerous investigations of leaders in public and private organisations, from CEO's of major corporations to non-supervisory project leaders. The MLQ items generate a profile giving leaders a personal awareness of how their self-ratings of leadership coincide with anonymous ratings made by colleagues, supervisors and direct reports.
The MLQ remains almost alone in providing a comprehensive assessment of the total range of leadership behaviours from highly effective transformational to highly ineffective laissez-faire leadership.
