To provide participants with the knowledge, skills, and best practices needed to be an effective project manager in a variety of environments.

This programme will benefit those who are new to, or are currently involved in, managing projects, but have no formal training in this discipline.

 PROGRAMME STRUCTURE

The programme is highly practical and participatory involving brainstorming, case studies, individual and group exercises and application of project management principles to the participants own workplaces. A major project planning exercise and presentation.
