The measure of performance of directors and boards of all organisations is that they continually enhance the performance of the organisation while recognising their legal obligations and ensuring their accountabilities are carried out. The challenge to every director is in the application and practice of governance in this increasingly complex and demanding environment. The purpose of the Good Governance Practice programme is to equip directors, and aspiring directors, to address those challenges.

The programme will include mini lectures, case studies and scenarios, discussion and questions. Self assessment takes place through the scenarios and cases dealt with during the programme. Comprehensive notes will be provided to participants.
