BUSINESS CHALLENGE
Unit Standard 4098, “Assess candidate performance against standards”, is the key competency-based assessment standard that is part of the National Certificate in Adult Education and Training (Level 4) qualification. It is the unit standard most often required by Industry Training Organisations (ITOs) for registration as a Workplace Assessor.
