LOOKING FOR A QUALIFICATION
Register and complete all assessment criteria for Train the Trainer PLUS Needs Analysis & Programme Design PLUS Workplace Assessment and receive the National Certificate in Adult Education & Training (Level 4)

Unit Standard 7091, “Facilitate adult learning in New Zealand’s cultural environment”

Unit Standard 7115, “Create and maintain a positive learning environment for adult learner groups”

Unit Standard 7096, “Deliver learning presentations to adult learners”

And either a choice between 19444 “Deliver group training sessions to adults” or 7108 “Deliver on-job training to adults”
