| BUSINESS CHALLENGE
Business people rely on, and are guided by, the effectiveness of the reports and proposals they receive. Successful individuals seek reports and business proposals that are concise, provide accurate and succinct information that will support and influence the decisions they are required to make.
The challenge lies in knowing how to develop a persuasive and easy-to-read document, from mountains of information, which will successfully influence customers and individuals in making the best decision.

This programme is designed for those who need to create comprehensive reports and proposals. It is pitched towards those who need to effectively express complex information and concepts, to multiple audiences, in a stimulating, easy-to-read and influential manner.
