 TARGET AUDIENCE
This intensive two day programme is for middle or senior executives from diverse functional backgrounds, experiences, levels of responsibility from the private or public sector irrespective of size. Including
but not limited to human resource development, marketing, finance, operations, IT, and strategic planning executives.

 PROGRAMME STRUCTURE
This programme is designed to stretch the boundaries and will be intensive, challenging and interactive. You will learn through presentations in relevant practice oriented strategic leadership thinking, simulations, group problem solving exercises, and an organisation self initiated project. You will be encouraged to participate, debate, develop creative ideas, test your judgment, defend your opinions – so that you will develop confidence to transform knowledge and inspiration into winning performance.
