Programme dates, times, learning outcomes and facilitators are occasionally subject to change. Should these change, NZIM will make every effort to inform you of these changes prior to the programme commencement.
Should a programme fail to attract a minimum number of participants, NZIM reserves the right to cancel the programme. Notification of cancellation will be made at least 10 working days prior to programme commencement.
General Conditions of Enrolment, Registration and Payment
- All registrations are confirmed in writing before the programme commences
- Programme fees are payable prior to programme commencement
- All cancellations, substitutions and transfers must be received in writing (e-mail, fax, mail)
- Substitution of participants is permitted at any stage at no added cost
- Failing to attend any programme incurs the full fee with no refund
Short Courses – Terms and Conditions
- Cancellations received at least 10 working days prior to programme commencement are permitted with no fee incurred.
- Cancellations received less than 10 working days prior to programme commencement will not be eligible for a refund
- A course enrolee may transfer once to the next available programme. Transfers will not be accepted later than 5 working days before programme commencement. A 20% fee will be incurred
Residential Programmes – Terms and Conditions
- Cancellations received at least 20 working days prior to programme commencement are permitted with no fee incurred
- Cancellations received between 10 and 20 working days before programme commencement are eligible for a 50% refund
- Cancellations received less than 10 working days prior to programme commencement will not be eligible for a refund
Qualifications – Terms and Conditions
- Cancellations received at least 15 working days prior to programme commencement are permitted with no fee incurred
- Cancellations received less than 15 working days prior to programme commencement will not be eligible for a refund
- A course enrolee may transfer once to the next available programme. Transfers will not be accepted later than 10 working days before programme commencement. A 20% fee will be incurred for all transfers
In-Company Programmes – Terms and Conditions
- Cancellations received less than 30 days prior to programme commencement will be eligible for a 50% refund
- Cancellations received less than 10 working days prior to programme commencement will not be eligible for a refund
- A fee of 10% (plus any incurred cost such as facilitator flights and accommodation) will apply to bookings transferred within 15 working days of programme commencement
- A fee of 50% (plus any incurred cost such as facilitator flights and accommodation) will apply to bookings transferred within 10 working days of programme commencement
- An in-company programme may be transferred once to another date. Transfer of programme date will not be accepted later than 30 days prior to commencement and will incur a 10% penalty
Overseas Programme Bookings
- Cancellations received at least 15 working days prior to programme commencement are permitted with no fee incurred
- Confirmation that programme money has been received by NZIM in its bank accounts will be ascertained before a refund is considered
- Refund will only be made to the same bank account or bank credit card from which the purchase has been made
- Participants will not be allowed to attend the programme unless full fees are paid
- If you cancel, substitute or transfer in writing within 10 working days of programme commencement, a NZ$300.00 service fee will apply
