The New Zealand Institute of Management stands by the service we offer. We believe the results of all interventions should be measured and accordingly we have implemented a measurement system.
Pre-programme Contact
When an organisation undertakes an intervention of any sort, there will be a number of stakeholders in the outcome. In addition to your NZIM consultant clarifying the needs of your organisation we will also ensure that the programme is customised and relevant to the participants.
Programme Evaluation
At the end of each programme participants are asked to provide feedback. These evaluations are analysed and the results conveyed to the programme presenter. Feedback is acted upon, so that each consecutive programme is constantly improved and enhanced. Strengths of the programme are noted as in some cases these strengths can be used in other programmes. Facilitators are also required to submit a report from their perspective, this allows them to assess themselves as well as participants interaction.
Post-programme Contact
After the completion of the in-house programme your NZIM Consultant will meet with you again to discuss the programme and any issues that need to be addressed including any specific participant feedback that may be relevant.
NZIM staff constantly review the quality of our contracted specialists in a number of ways: Potential specialists are interviewed by a number of NZIM staff members, who rate them on their ability to use training aids, their knowledge of the subject, their presentation skills, their facilitation skills, and their ability to encourage others to learn. All feedback from programmes is reviewed and where necessary, acted upon. NZIM supports the ongoing development of our contracted specialists with training videos and library resources etc Facilitators are regulary assessed by members of NZIM staff and peers NZIM are audited through a number of different facets including NZQA, ITO's and other regional offices.
